WELCOME TO THE BROAD OAK
After three years of neglect, the Broad Oak proudly reopens its doors!
Alan & Kerri are proud to announce the reopening of the Broad Oak previously known as the Rainbow trout.
We wanted to bring back, what should be, the hub of the community once again.
Having been bought by a development company and scheduled for demolition, a lot of the grounds had been sold off and the building abandoned, it needed a considerable amount of work in order bring it back to being a venue of note.
We thought that with a modicum of hard work a dash of TLC and the obvious community spirit that surrounded the much loved building, this could easily be achieved.
Having successfully renovated the building, we opened on the 29th February 2020 only to be shut down by the Covid pandemic on the 20th March 2020.


THE BROAD OAK
Like the whole of the hospitality trade we then suffered many re-openings and subsequent closings.
However, we are now open for dining and drinking both indoors and out, albeit under the covid guidelines for the present.
We look forward to welcoming you all and hope that when you visit your experience is totally enjoyable.
